First of all who is Matt at the Stockbroker?

Now hear is my summary of what I know about the selling this is all based on my involvemnet since the beginning and I will try to go by some semblance of logic but I am not giving any answers because I don't know the answer:

1. Selling by the original promoters....No, The original promoters and "day traders" from the original "stock blast" have been out for a long time. My guess on total shares for the promoters is roughly 1.2m shares each and I believe there were three.

2. Selling due to orginal buyers below .03....No, not them they have been gone a long time ago and some maybe are buying now.

3. Selling by the "average Joe" for taxes purposes....Yes, but not to the tune we have been seeing. The "longs" or "newbies" buying would of offset that. So that is not the answer.

4. Selling by the "Omicron group".... A big maybe I am familiar with the old CEO but can he be trusted as a long term supporter. He denies the selling and says he only has 500k shares but I believe his family is holding more and they could be selling on his behalf. However, this does not make sense in one way because he was the one who set up this next "promotion" with a very strong group. Why would he sell if he was expecting this group to help push the price back up. Dosen't make sense but maybe he got frustrated because the "buying group" did not materialize and sold but the question how many shares does he really have. I heard the majority of his shares are still restricted.

5. The "new" buying group did receive shares. Were they selling....Possibly but how many shares did they receive? Maybe they received those 8 million shares one month ago. If they did it still does not answer all the selling but maybe some.

6. Is Walter selling....He says no, but he is the only one I know of with a large amount of shares. I believe he is not selling a lot to attribute to this steady decline but he may be part of it.

7. MM's "naked shorting".... Most likely but does this contribute to the decline?

IMO, I think it is a combination of

8. #4, 5, 6 and 7

I believe it will end soon at least I hope. Should you as an investor still hold? Yes, seems like a good base around .035 it would of been down lower if we weren't seeing a "slowdown" in selling. I am still puzzled because all the groups are benefited with an increase in price except our friends the MM's.
