sdbears,not comparable to qbid,qbid could not generate enough revenue to pay their bills so they had to keep diluting.TFN is profitable already,growing exponentially and has an interested buyer that they have been negotiating with for awhile now. This buyer must be aware that everyday that passes BCO/TFN becomes more and more valuable and if they don't make a really good offer there will be others looking to buy it. SW/MG will not give TFN away for present value. They are growing "exponentially" and will demand and should get an "exponential" price based on growth potential.
This is the closest to a sure thing I have ever invested in.
Sandy will become a multi millionaire. He is successful this time and does not need to short change investors. In the past his companies were not successful and he had to keep diluting and doing r/s to stay alive. He finally found a great investment and helped it grow and we will all benefit from it soon.
