Watch the % loss on the $SOX. MRVL is a beta 2.5 to 3 stock and we're down almost exaclty twice that of the $SOX on a % basis. So, the decline today probably has more to do with that than anything else.

MRVL I beleive is 10% or so of the $SOX.
