I don't see how that PR is good. It's not bad either. It's just a normal CYA PR. Brings into question the people that were posting the 'I've talked to the company.....' A good rule of thumb for those people... If you didn't talk to the company personally, don't repeat what you hear.

The phrase "several significant hurdles exist in moving forward" is the main reason for the dump. The only thing that is saving us is the low float. At the same time, I can't see Lawyers working on that PR for several days. That in itself doesn't make sense.
