Unfortunately allwaysright is not always right...

In the case of someone dumping 15 million shares he is correct but that investor is not the only one dumping! If you have L2 you can see that there are numerous ECN's sitting on the ASK. They are all holding shares for sale. The others that are dumping are those that are not satisfied with the performance and/or the news produced by NNSR. They need to inform shareholders of progress made or the pressure on the PPS will remain.
