Let me see if I understand what is happening. Correct me if I'm wrong. Sandy (who calls himself "we" in the most recent PR) is in "ongoing discussions for some time now" to sell BCO to an undisclosed "major communications company". I am to assume BKMP (Sandy) will get compensated for this transaction in the form of one or all of the following; money/options/perks/position in the buying company etc. Now BKMP, which is what we as shareholders have invested in, will no longer own BCO/TFN and so the value of BKMP will drop considerably in our eyes which makes this stock pretty much worthless. So we as shareholders are relying on the goodness of Sandy's heart to pass on the money he makes from the sale of BCO to us in the form of a cash dividend otherwise we are not going to see anything. Am I correct?
