You are making assumptions and jumping to conclusions. FACT: No-one has been formally charged, prosecuted, or convicted of anything to date. The OSC is conducting an INVESTIGATION, and has halted the stock in ONE province in Canada until that is completed. Another interesting FACT is that that halt is not being mirrored by the SEC here in the states. Thus, all allegations are just that, until the company and/or individuals are formally charged and/or arrested and prosecuted.Everything else is simply speculation, hearsay, bunk, banter, BS, etc., take your pick.

And given the recent PR's, directly in light of these ongoing investigations, I would say things are definitely looking UP for the company, if anything. JMHO GLTA
