I agree. It is what separates the pinkies from NYSE stocks. Pinkies need financing at all times. What better way than to fleece stock holders. If insiders hold 30M , they can easily double that to 300M when the stock is diluted to 1B. Why don't people realize that ?
Just because they hold 30M now does not mean they cannot dilute....
