The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the Dorsey Wright Technical Leaders Index before fees and expenses of the Fund. The Fund will normally invest at least 90 percent of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Technical Leaders Index. The Fund Adviser will seek to match the performance of the Technical Leaders Index. The Technical Leaders Index is comprised of stocks of approximately 100 U.S. companies that are selected pursuant to a proprietary methodology of Dorsey Wright and Associates designed to identify companies that demonstrate powerful relative strength characteristics. Relative strength characteristics evaluate companies quarterly, and then ranks based on a proprietary algorithm. Stocks that are selected receive a modified equal weighting.
