Ridgeland, MS, OCT 02, 2001 (EventX/Knobias.com via COMTEX) -- New Visual Corp. (OTCBB NVEI) announced this morning in a company press release that the company has signed a letter of intent to acquire Hytek Services, a Santa Clara, California designer and fabricator of printed circuit boards, and a marketer of electronic design automation tools.
The company last filed with the SEC on September 28, when a letter to shareholders from CEO Ray Willenberg, Jr. was included in an 8-K.
The stock is trading lower at this time, on pace to trade a share volume equal to its average daily share volume. Shares are trading at a level higher than two of four moving averages at this time, in a range between near term technical downside price support at $0.340 and near term technical upside price resistance at $0.780, as calculated by Knobias technical analysis. New Visual is is involved in the development of a proprietary broadband transmission technology with the mission to utilize existing copper telecommunications infrastructure to deliver high data content to the home at VDSL (52 Mbps) data transfer rates.
