Means we would get to hold on to TFN.. With a buyout you say good-bye... means we would see the long term benefits the way we should have.

Was any of those emails from Sandy though? So far the only Emails I have seen, and referenced by others here, points to a straight buyout...

I guess they could give stock and cash for the buyout which means we would have a small connection. But according to sandy, BKMP would be looking for another company to invest in (meaning we lost TFN).
