Etrade is really pissing me off, whats the best way

To get my shares tradeable? they told me that under rule 144 I cant trade them until December 07, what kind of BS is that? Does anyone have the transfer agents #? where is he located, Id like to get my shares coverted to unrestricted shares ASAP but all this red tape is driving me nuts... what is the best way to go about this? TIA
