Reads like some savvy market talk, right? Or, maybe a good sea going whaler movie.

In fact, it was the title of a soft porn movie in the late sixties. I saw it at an old indoor movie theater in Ft Worth with a couple of my good friends. We were in our mid teens. The theater was pretty run down and they were pretty lax about checking ID's.

To protect our cars, we parked in the Church parking lot across the street from the movie house. With drivers ed you could get your Texas Drivers License at 14 in those days.

It seems even back then Ft Worth's real estate zoning could have used some common sense. Sigh, common sense is just not that common...gg
