Universal Guardian and SSR Engineering Enter Strategic Distribution Agreement

( UGHO ), an emerging global leader in integrated transportation, maritime and global supply chain security systems, non-lethal protection products and strategic security services to protect against terrorist, criminal, and security threats to governments and businesses worldwide, today announced it has executed a Strategic Distribution Agreement with SSR Engineering, Inc., of Anaheim, CA.

The purpose of the agreement provides for Universal Guardian to be a master sales, installation, commissioning, and training agent for SSR's Maritime Search Radar/AIS/CCTV solutions for Vessel Tracking Systems (VTS), Harbor Management, Coastal Surveillance, and Offshore Asset monitoring in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific markets through Universal Guardian's global security operations network.
