think about this.. if this was a scam.... and if .68 a share didn't get the market to react positivly, why put out another PR saying that there has been a counteroffer of .55???

now, correct me if i'm wrong but .55 is LESS than .68
so again.. if .68 didn't do it .55 sure as heLL ain't going to either!

if thery were trying to run up the price on a fake buyout
they could have just put out a release saying "Kartix has agreed to the counteroffer of .68 per share." or, "After recieving our counteroffer of .68 per share we have been approached by another company with a better offer of .72 per share."
