There were 7 incidents last evening after hours, of a Form 5, filed by TKO with the SEC. I just glanced over them, to see who got what....I noticed that a few people had a form 5 filed for them for FY 2006, as well as FY 2007. I noticed that some of the transactions that were filed yesterday, actually occurred on 3/16-07. These were essentially stock options.
If someone who is savvy about these things would look at them, would you mind? I would like to understand how the stock options from last year, 2006, were just now reported yesterday. Thanks.
