Those were some very confident sounding statements that you make with regard to PI and the discussions with Italy. Those sound like statements of in-the-know variety and not speculation on your part.
Going on you reserved and cautious approach of the past I would think you must have a little birdie. I know because I had access to one in the past.
A wonderful thing to have for ones peace of mind. It makes sleeping at night a lot easier.
