I think that these are insiders selling stock that was issued in lieu of pay. I don't think there will be any news until mid to late June, when the system integration work with Red Sky IT and Vertical Group wrap up.

I've averaged down too, but I just don't have any more funds to buy at these prices. My total basis is .25/share.
