I also use TDA. I e mailed them this AM to see if in the future I would be able to receive L2s that would let me see which MMs were on the bid and ask for example ticker (CFRI) OTC. Maybe I didn't explane this to her very well. This was her reply.

You actually have that ability right now. We have Level II Quotes available to all APEX clients for free. These can be found by opening the Streamer Suite in the "Shortcuts" box at the top of your online account. Simply launch the Streamer Suite to and select "Level II" on the right side of the screen that is generated. This will enable you to seem which Market Maker is on the bid and the ask.
