lowtrade...Larry Sandford called me just less then a minute ago, and said he was briefed today (by JC) on the current stock blog conversations of late, HE WAS very upset with Lowtrader for posting the speculative theory of him maybe doing something not on the up and up, and above board. That last SEC filling was the closing 504 RegA of the Dark Treasure acquisition. The Rex Horning deal was done with some 144 restricted fro two years, and some cash...NOT a HUGE privet placement that you perceived it to be. He also extends you his personal Phone number 620-251-0133 to talk to you, and set you straight !! Call after 12pm < he said he has an App to look at another lease to buy, He said to tell you guys that...lol
He feels INSULTED that you would imply that HIS company is doing something like a pump dump news cycle Scam. Especially in light of the recent PR's of nothing but significant FACT and not Fluff !!!!
**Also Revenue reports coming in second week in May !

Speaking of DD, did you read the last SEC filing?? LOL It's PINK right. But there is a filing! Can't get the figures, but a big guy just recieved a private share placement on APR 11 & this move started APR 12th!
