Maybe since it seems to be moving on it's own Palmer is waiting to see how it moves without news before he puts out a PR. No reason to waste a good PR when the share price is already going up by itself. We maybe impatient but maybe he/his company is not. With somethings timing is everything, I think stocks might fall under that catagory as well.
