Is Sokolov the offeror?
This is why I ask--

"The offer expires on May 1, 2007 at 18:00 hours but because of the annual Russian May holidays which end on May 9, Mr. Dovgan and Mr. Sokolov have agreed to extend the delay until May 11, 2007 at 18:00 hours."
