#1 Me to Sandy:
Sandy,
Honestly, what good is a buyback if you are diluting. 15 billion? only 20% higher than YOUR shareholders thought, and were informed of. So I thought the 504 was supposed to be a "shelf" filing? LOL Right.
Anyway, hope the buyout is good for shareholders.
Thanks

Sandy to me:
WHAT ABOUT THE CONVERSION...........DOES NO ONE THINK ABOUT THAT.
#2 Me to Sandy
So the conversion shares ARE included already. If that is the case, I apologize.
Thanks
xxxx
Sandy to Me:
YES BUT NOT ALL - RESTRICTED SHARES REMEMBER.
THANKS,
SANDY
#3 Me to Sandy:
Sandy,
Come on. Stop beating around the bush. People need to know how many shares are out there. Including conversion....minus buybacks. Give it to us straight man.
xxxx
Sandy to Me:
xxxx:
I honestly do not know - I have NOT spoken to the T/A about how much as been converted to date.
That is an honest answer.
Sandy
#4 Me to Sandy
Then how can your first email to me be taken seriously at all...."WHAT ABOUT THE CONVERSION...........DOES NO ONE THINK ABOUT THAT." What exactly did you mean by that?
Man, That is misleading at best. So can we expect 30 billion? 40 billion? Call the T/A man.
Thanks
xxxx
Sandy to Me:
I mean that there is some conversion I am sure, but exactly what that number is I do not know.
#5 Me to Sandy
So the PR says BCO may be acquired, and on the interview you said merger and partner. Those are three completely different scenarios. Which is it? A clearer picture, even without the details, would be appreciated.
Thanks
xxxx
Sandy to Me:
I guess I need to make sure I make every word count..................acquired is it.
#6 Me to Sandy
Just curious...how many emails have you answered today. LOL
xxxx
Sandy to Me:
Lots and lots...............
#7 Me to Sandy
Sandy,
THANKS....followup question.
Is ALL of BCO being acquired, or just a majority portion, or a partial portion? Are you able to elaborate at all.
Thanks
xxxx
Sandy to Me:
It looks like all would be acquired.
Thanks,
SW
#8 Me to Sandy
Sandy,
You have been very patient today. Thanks. It is appreciated.
How will BKMP be compensated for their 17%? When will final deals be made? What would become of BKMP after their main asset, TFN, is acquired?
xxxx
Sandy to Me:
Cash most likely.
It will look for another asset to get involved in.
#9 Me to Sandy
Man, I can't stop asking questions. LOL
So, someone posted an email (not me) in regards to you thinking TFN might be valued in the high 8 figures? Is 75-100 million what TFN might be bought for?
Thanks
xxxx
