If they do 2 PR's every 5 days or every 7 days it is fine with me. I think it looks way more professional in a PR foremat not to mention a possible SEC violation as a result of a poorly worded email. Management should always be in direct control of what they are representing in any type of communication made on their behalf. IMHO
