A blurb, in the recent 10K, mentions a master lease agreement w/ Wal-Mart:
"An absolutely critical component of our business strategy calls for us to launch mini health clinics that will be located inside the stores of established mass merchandise and grocery retailers. We recently signed a master lease agreement with Wal-Mart whereby we will operate mini health clinics in Wal-Mart stores. We have no prior experience in opening or operating such clinics, and there can be no assurance that these clinics will be successful. Moreover, there can be no assurance that we will be able to open any additional clinics with Wal-Mart or with anyone else. If the mini health clinic component of our business strategy is unsuccessful, our business, financial condition and results of operations will be severely impaired."

and a recent Reuters PR, Tue Apr 24, 2007 4:55pm ET, mentions: Wal-Mart to open 400 in-store clinics

"NEW YORK (Reuters) - Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said on Tuesday that it will contract with local hospitals and other organizations to open as many as 400 in-store health clinics in the next two to three years. Should current market forces continue, the world's largest retailer said up to 2,000 clinics could be in Wal-Mart stores over the next five to seven years..."
