Also the 15 billion number included the converted preferreds number according to an email from Sandy and even that number was appoximated.Most of the trades today could have been sideways trading to spark a selloff,or shorts covering before the deal is in place. 4 billion borrowed shares according to DivI distribution numbers. These phantom 4 billion NSS shares could be in play now, which would account for the low PPS and the volume spike.
