Kodiac If you don't mind, I have emailed the law firm to try to find out if my name is on the list as a defendant but have not received a response yet. Could you give me the info you used, I live in Canada and don't know if anyone has received thier summons yet, I try to follow on this board but two many messasages to keep up with as I have a business to run.
TIA any info from anyone would be greatly appreciated Wayne
