Just a reminder...One time Astrom(Vision Works) gave Restricted Shares when they did a reverse split I believe he called it a dividend to all "Loyal" Share-holders, it was based on how many shares you owned. In the early stages of PHGI John H Beebe was kind enough to go through the process of un-restricting those shares for free trading.

of course I have no idea if this has anything to do with anything...just thought i would mention it...
