an email just received from efgo..

***before you all yell at me, i was compelled to email them over the fight that was occuring on this topic... i told them i was sorry to bother them by email, as i knew they want only one person to respond... but i needed to tell them about the confusion and see if they could assist****

**remember.. please dont yell at me.. and chub... you are THE man they want to hear from.. so please, post good and bad info.. and keep up the good work*****

also, when i pasted the email, it broke up into odd lines, so i only delete the spaces to bring the lines together (for those who worry about editing).. and I "x" out my email.. some of you have it but i dont post it for the crazies to see :'>

Gail;

We do not recognize this ihub or any other similar websites as
official or authorized websites of the company. All the info
pertaining to our operations and corporate matters can be found at
www.espritfinancialgroup.com www.cashnow.com .net and .org and
www.pinksheets.com SYMBOL EFGO

Our legal dept will not permit us to go there or to post anything there. We were getting a high volume of FAQ type calls to the IR and to the general telephone lines that were impeding our ability to do regular business.

We decided that the best way to deal with this was
to collect FAQ questions and e mail them to this ihub managers who would post for all to see. We asked also that a reference tread be posted as well for ease of find.

We did visit this ihub to do a quality check and we noticed that our FAQ answers and our agreement was being ignored. We are not going to comment on the editing or censoring of our content as we can funnel our energy in other places to be more productive.

Lets just say that this matter has been resolved and we identified 1 moderator ?Chub? who has agreed to post our FAQ replies AS IS and as issued by the company.

We acknowledge that this ihub has a great following and that they can either assist a company a great deal or harm the company. Unfortunately we are the recipients of the later. As you know CHNW ? EFGO was mothballed from August 2005 to about October 2006 as we suffered through 4 separate hurricanes in FL and some other mishap.

This ?company history FAQ? is another FAQ that we are working on and we will release it shortly. There was approximately 20,000 web pages and several hundred domain names that encompass Cash Now. Our webmaster is still trying to wrap his arms around this infrastructure.

We thought we put everything away and were trying to just focus on the several core businesses the stakeholders funded from the mothball days.

So when initial stakeholders see other ventures in EFGO they get all twisted out of shape even though those businesses are no longer part of EFGO. This creates a sell off the shorts cover and we are left pulling the hair out of our head.

This is jut 1 small example but I can name at least several other instances where we are trying to achieve goal ?A? and some ihub poster thinks he?s also getting to goal
?A? only to achieve goal ?C? and us getting to goal ?B?.

That small shareholder realizes what he did sells out and we are left holding the bag and to clean up the mess. We absolutely have no issue talking to minority shareholders and advising them of what is happening with the company but we do have an issue when someone?s actions (shareholder or otherwise) impedes our ability to do trade and commerce.

I hope this answered your questions as we remain dedicated to
providing our shareholders good accurate information regardless if the news is good or bad.

Regards

happy halloween...
