Unfortunately, in the case of EDIG, "future events" includes millions more shares about to be dumped into the float. An S-3 is due within 9 days.

Traders look for shares that look like they are about to move up and don't care about fundamentals. They do, however, tend to stay away from trading stocks that are dumping shares.
