We've talked about that possibility of a scam before. One can never rule it out entirely. Based on minutiae in communication though, I personally reached the conclusion that the people involved are not lying: they lack the sophistication and, well, competence to pull off a scam. It is more likely that they are deluded than lying, and that will be determined by Regent. imho.
Sadly, a coordinated attack on the pps could ruin it for innocent investors, and I know Alex isn't the only one out there with a motive.
