I'm guessing they do not appear in the transfer agents count because they have not been issued. It appears they won't be issued until the individual pays for the stock. I'm guessing they can sign up for the shares, have them set aside, then pay for them at a later date in which they will then be issued and registered with the transfer agent. The question is when do they have to pay for them?

It is only logical anyone who had the opportunity to buy .10 cent shares would do so. I would be really concerned if people who had the opportunity to purchase the shares but DID NOT buy shares at .10 cents. That would leave me to believe the insiders think the company won't be worth .10 cents plus per share in the future.

BTW, I detest Rich setting up a new board. It is unprofessional and unethical ,IMO. His time and energy is better spent doing work for SEVU. Unless, of course, posting quasi inside info is considered working for SEVU.
