In My Opinion only, if ze K containz information, which I believe it doez not, except maybe zat ze O/S iz around 175MM, it would PR'd az newz.

why would zey not want ze stock to stay on OTCBB. NNRF iz fighting hard to get on it.

IMHO Michael Sheppard will come through and file before ze deadline.
