FACT: RSDS PR'd in July of '06 that they were taking the necessary steps to go to the OTCBB.
FACT: It is now almost May of 2007 and RSDS/Rick Berman has not made a single SEC filing to indicate any up listing. In FACT the only filings RSDS has ever made with the SEC are 504 REG. D Stock sales.
FACT: RSDS PR'd on Sept. 11th 2006 that they had planned to acquire 63 uranium claims from East Canyon LLC. FACT: They never DID and never PR'd that they did not.
FACT: Rick Berman has majorly diluted the stock.
Fact: Rick Berman sold over 120 million shares during one week after announcing the acquisition of 26 more additional uranium claims.
FACT: He only made it public that he was "selling shares" after he maxed out the A/S and dumped hundreds of millions of shares on unsuspecting investors.
Fact - RSDS raised the A/S from 750 Million to 2 BILLION!!!
FACT: Rick Berman has done 2 forward splits and 1 REVERSE SPLIT within a YEAR's time. (see RSDI, RSLI)
FACT: Rick Berman runs a nursing home and has no prior experience running a mining company.
FACT: Rick Berman's former director had a nice run in with the SEC for doing the same shady things as RICK.
FACT: RICK Berman is a one man show and has no other employees.
FACT: Rick Berman elected a chat room poster from the RSDS board to be his IR guy this past week!!!!
FACT: RSDS Received a letter from the NASD last month questioning 11 specific PR's or claims RSDS has made.
FACT: That letter was in no way "routine".
FACT: RSDS Releases false and misleading PR's (see fact regarding Sept.11,2006 PR)
FACT: RSDS is a POS stock and it is not even worth it for an MM to short it!!!!
FACT: British people have messed up teeth. LOL
FACT: I do not own any shares of RSDS. I have NO financial interest in RSDS whatsoever. I have NOT owned shares in RSDS since mid. February (way before March 4th). I have NEVER spoken to Rick Berman. I have never propoed anything to Rick Berman. And unlike many of the kool-aid drinkers on the RSDS board, I have never received an email from Rick berman. I just don't like SCAMMY CEO's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
