Reports Q1 (Mar) earnings of $0.28 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.02 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.26; revenues rose 4.0% year/year to $1.31 bln vs the $1.3 bln consensus. Co issues in-line guidance for Q2, sees EPS of 0.30-0.33 vs. $0.30 consensus; sees Q2 revs of $1.40-1.45 bln vs. $1.43 bln consensus.
