I don't know who RBCM is diluting for, I would guess the company first. All companies need capital, if your not generating revenue you need to get it some how. I'm not so sure about it ending soon either like you mentioned because it just started. RBCM is always on the immeadiate ask and keeps lowering that ask to attract new buyers, another sign of dilution.
