IMHO~~~~~~~because the buyer is offering a sweet deal! And being a significant multi media company with an eye on the big picture in an industry of cut throat competition and also having a great sense of viewer acuity and thereby understanding the exponetial value of this brand...makes the deal so much sweeter...like sugar!

Thatz why we be high priced ho's...!;)
