The bottom line KK/O is that ONEV at this time will not/can not run with it.....it's up the HIPE....and we have to "hope" for the best....Go HIPE.


IMO, one critical key is the on going legal-back-and-forth between ONEV and India. Telnor is set. To bad ONEV does not have the manpower for TELMEX landline el grossee (sic).
