That is a very strong possibility, BUT if Katrix wants us bad enough, and I believe they do, they will close the deal before another offer comes in and they will do it before the market opens. Their day is 8 hours ahead of ours. 1AM here is 9AM there and their business day is underway. They have 8 1/2 hour to close the deal before our market even opens.
