There is no mention in the PR that it's required to be cash. It's very important that the deal made has no strings attached, otherwise this will be a big letdown. Not meaning to give the bashing macaroons any ammo, but we need to let the board know where we stand as shareholders on this.

It's obvious they have been looking out for our interests, so speak up on this matter & they'll listen.
