Our-Street.com, an Internet-based, public company watchdog, announced today that it has filed a complaint with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission against Galaxy Energy Corporation. (OTC BB: GAXI). The complaint alleges possible violations of Sections 10b-5, and 13a and 15 of the Exchange Act and Section 17 of the Securities Act.
