Yes, actually there is. There is nothing illegal about selling shares for the betterment of the company, as long as all monies can be accounted for. Those movements were random sells IMO, not orchestrated, there was no sequence to speak of, not in line with PR's either from the looks. This will all come out in the wash IMHO. Think---they eliminated all debt, bought Sams and a boatload of inventory and thus added significant value to the company itself, and also retired 75 million shares from AS count. The company are not running for the hills, business continues daily, and it is coming into their busy season! IF there were some mistakes made along the way, then I have no doubt the company will cooperate with authorities and get thru them, just as they have been doing right along.

Oh yeah, while we banter about this, that, and the other, just so everyone knows--- the PPS continues upwards. wink JMHO GLTA
