I still believe that there is a possibility that they've negotiated a higher selling price with the buyer (maybe .50 range?).
I'd be very surprised if they went through all this over the last 3 weeks, just to say they are rejecting the offer. Why would anyone do that, unless they wanted to run the stock hard, which they didn't (only made it to mid teens).
Mere speculation here, but is there a chance they mentioned the .38 offer price early, so they can announce a higher renegotiated price today to look like the heroes? Yeah, I know, sounds a little far fetched. Any thoughts? Any takers?
