Help please, I never have been in a penny that has been bought out. What exactly happens to the stock value? I assume the company takes one lump sum of money, and releases the position they had in the company. then forfeiting any future profits from tfn. so is that really a good thing? it would most likely be a big price? what long term effect does it have on bkmp? I assume if would only cause a short term pop and never hit its true potential. thoughts?
