So far, this looks SOOOO MUCH like Nord Oil all over again....LOL...and I cannot believe that everyone fell for it again. At least the con men didn't decide to hurt the investors nearly as bad this time.

Take a look at the facts, people. On April 2, the company already knew the bid for the stock, as they announced that THE BIDDER only wanted to verify certan facts. On April 18 they announced that THE BIDDER was satisfied after their DD, and that they would follow thru with the deal. This whole stall was designed to give certain people time to liquidate their holdings before the announcement and fall in share price.

The way I see it, if the management of AURC was legit and actually knew the 'value' of their company, they could have revealed the offer and began negotiations. Let's face it, AURC management knew at that moment what they were worth, and that DD on the part of THE BIDDER was only a formality to see whether or not AURC was hiding anything. Does anyone really believe that they would find out anything on their own that would have caused them to RAISE their bid.

It is amazing to me how supposed 'investors' are so easily led around like sheep by management and certain posters...long live the PINKS...LOL
