Question to 2Create. Based your reply, do you feel now the offer won't be accpeted and it will be a merger/reverse merger? You mentioned in a previous post (#38295) that management is well aware of NDOL and this situation is unrelated, etc.

What view to do you take of the premature PR yesterday? You are the closest to this company. Do you feel that they may have pulled the wool over your eyes, or do you feel we will see a good PR today from them and higher prices tomorrow.

Also, people are making claims that they've issued money and stock to individuals to pump the stock recently. Is this true? If so, does it matter to you?

At this point, I still don't feel its a scam, because they could have let the share price run for another day and then announce $2+ buyout and then dump their shares. So, a scam doesn't make sense to me at the moment.

I'd just like to get your take on this situation as I find it very confusing.
