SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FaceKey Corporation, (Pink Sheets:FEKY - News) the manufacturer of biometric-based products for access control, time and attendance and muster stations, announced today that FaceKey and AccessKey (Pink Sheets:AKYI - News; www.accesskeyip.com) engineers have met and are in continuing discussions on how best to share and collaborate on the integration of the FaceKey biometric identification technologies into the AccessKey Vault, in anticipation of signing a Joint Venture agreement in the near future.
