Big Frank... could you please share with us why you would do such a thing... and then share with us the stuff you are smoking???? Ok, just kidding.. but am really curious why you would convert and tie up those shares for at least a year and then have to pay money to get them unrestricted when you could use that money to purchase shares at today's low prices?????? Please, this is a serious question... why would you convert?
