Yes janice, it may take some time for the judge to sift through all the paperwork, but unless I misunderstood something, she cannot just throw a judgment on us without a trial. This is only the beginning phase and if she feels some or all of us defendants may be involved in what Megas is claiming, it would go to trial. Of course, those who fail to answer will be nailed with default judgments.
