I started digging for some info on Paim the other night after I was checking for who the insiders were on Paim when I found a one Cosimo Commisso listed as other on July 19, 2004 sold 12,605,000 as a planed sale for a market value of 5.8 million dollars.. Well after doing a search for him I found this Cosimo Commisso. Well after reading about the pump and dump there plus the fact of who he was and listed as a insider. I dug deeper.
Which I did most of last night I came to this site Mellon which had some info on Pearl Asian Mining Industries go down to Dec 15th, 2004 which leads us to the founder of the company E. Pearl Asia AKA Elvira G. Gamboa Who is also the President of DOM I found that out by reading this "Its president, a woman who goes by the names Mz. Pearlasia and Elvira G. Gamboa, was successfully sued by the California State Banking Department to prevent her from representing herself as a banker there.
So come to your own conclusions I just found the links you make up your minds if this is a safe Stock? Just so you know I do own stock in this company I wish I had found this info before I got it.
